Do Not Buy Anything from Conair
Here is my experience with the Conair Man "Rechargeable All-In-1 Trimmer [Model: GMT189R]"?
1. The GMT189R Trimmer That I purchased on February 1, 2022, STOPPED working on May 1, 2022. That is three months after I purchased it.
2. After registering my purchase, I filed a Warranty Claim on their website twice already in early May 2022.
3. I have been waiting for more than two weeks. But I have received NO RESPONSE from this company about the replacement or repair for the two-year warranty for their trimmer.

Cheap...Stopped Working Right Away
Spent $31... bought a trimmer...used it once...now it doesn't even turn on...fully charged doesn't work. Plugged in doesn't work. I sent in Warranty as well. I should get a new one free of charge. I am not a guy who spends my time complaining about products to get free stuff...but I feel completely ripped off

Conair 13-Piece All-In-One Grooming System
I purchased this trimmer 4/15/21 on Amazon. It replaced an existing Conair Unit I had for many years. I am so happy my old unit stopped working, because this new unit is Second To None!!! I would highly recommend this product to family and friends! It works great! The only issue I have with it is; it is much louder than my old unit?
I would definitely purchase another in the future from Conair! Keep up the great work.

Decent Cut and Versatile
My husband bought this set at our local grocery chain. I thought it was a bit expensive and we should have bought a higher rater brand. He mostly uses it for shaving down his beard to a light stubble and for body grooming. It seems a bit grabby, could run smoother at this price point. Battery seems to take a long time to charge.

IMPOSSIBLE
I haven't had this for long, but when I tried to replace a battery in it I could NOT get it open. A tiny Philips screw deep down inside a hole in the handle that is in SO TIGHT I could not get it to budge. Whoever designed this did not know what they were doing. A HUGE inconvenience for the user.

Ok, but rusted spring.
The spring under the blade was rusted. I called support and was told that I was not supposed to rinse the hair off the blade. Nowhere in the user manual has this warning. I did not even know what's below the blade until I disassemble it. I bought this at higher price (during the pandemic) so that makes it worse.

Conair Beard Cordless Trimmer
I like that the attachments are part of the trimmer package.
The motor is very powerful!
The shape of the base is identical to the Conair trimmer I bought about 8 years ago.
I liked my old trimmer, so I purchased the current model directly from Conair.

Product is great , however...
I ordered by their order form , two replacement blades by check and a month and 4days later no blades , called them to , rep said she'd look into it , haven't heard back yet [3weeks] , however I'm hoping against hope to receive them...
