Great Travel Pillow
I bought this because I had broken my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain trying to get comfortable in the car. You can adjust how much air to your comfort and that made a huge difference.

Pretty great!
These were given to me as gifts last year when we were getting ready to go on vacation. One of them deflated slightly on our 3 hour drive, but the other stayed up great.
