Bristles fall out and no followup from service
After 1 week bristles fell out of brush. Contacted customer service and no response, contact again and received response once in Feb.Contact again, no response. Then contacted then again regarding warranty and was told sent to another department. Now April and no repayment of what I spent on brush.

Bristles coming out in chunks
After the first use, went to remove hair from brush and bristles started coming out with the hair I was pulling from brush head. Now every time I brush, more bristles fall out. There is one section that has a huge chunk of bristles missing. Would not recommended this product.

Handle broke after 3 months
I bought this 3 months ago and the handle broke - the holes in the handle are a poor design.
