Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works good but could use some work I received it today, charged it up, which took a little bit but I was grateful for the free product and the opportunity to try out something new, thank you by the way for picking me and giving me this opportunity. When it came time to try it out because coincidentally, I was having menstrual cramps even though it's a soft material very comfortable, but lacks in battery life and I wish it could be more warmer than what the product gives. Overall, I would say it's a great product, but like any other products, this one could use some work, but nonetheless gets the job done which I was very grateful for and will continue too use.Thank you again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The comfortball is like a warm hug Conair sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program to try out their Comfortball, and in all honestly I really love the product. I have severe menstrual cramps and the comfortaball provides more comfort and alleviates the pain than any other heating pad I've used before. Its ergonomic design contours perfectly to my body, targeting the areas where I need relief the most. The adjustable heat settings allow me to customize the temperature to my preference from low to high, and the soft fabric feels soothing against my skin. A limitation of this product is that when used on the 'High' temperature setting, the battery only lasts for an hour.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Super soft and squishy! I received this product for free in exchange for writing a review. I appreciate Conair for sending me the free product! That being said, this ball has some pros and cons. The pros are that it is super softy, squishy and is easy to charge. It's great for menstrual cramp or ear-ache relief as it is easy to set in your lap or lay your head on it. The cons are the shape of this is odd given the fact that it only heats up in one spot. Using it for muscle pains is awkward given the shape (ie hard to rest it on your shoulder or leg). It also doesn't get super warm, even on the highest setting. For the cost, I don't think it is worth it and a normal heating pad would suffice for cheaper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soft and comfy on the skin First of all, I love the soft and comfortable feeling to the skin. What i like about it, is that It's easy and simple to use. It charges very quickly. This product came in right on time when I was having menstrual cramps. It Soothe and brought comfort to my abdominal area. I also used it for lower back pain. What I don't like is the fact that the heat is coming from a small area at the base of the ball and I also have to press hard on it to feel the heat to the area it's needed. The charge does not hold for a longer period. Overall, I love it for the comfort I got from the menstrual pain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Odd size and shape Was really excited to receive this item. The cover and feel of the outside materials was soft and pleasant. Tried without success to ease some pain and tightness in my achilles and knee areas. Shape made it unable to adhere to areas. Tried it as a warming ball for menstrual cramps. Took a long time to heat even on the high setting and the warmth was insufficient to ease any cramping. Thought this would be a good replacement for my trusty water bottle and towel. Not so. on a positive note, I liked the auto shut-off feature and the continuous warmth compared to a cooling water bottle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from very cool idea, great for kifs but not my jam I think this is a great idea for kids or maybe even young teens but not for me. The high setting is more like a low (which is great for my 5 yr old when she has any tummy troubles.) My 16 year old will set it on her lap during her menstrual to help ease cramps. BUT I will say we have to charge it every time we want to use it. Works great if you know your gonna start your period but you might have to wait a while for it to charge if you need itv suddenly like my 5 yr old did when she had too much Halloween candy. I think its a great idea and alternative to a hetaing pad for young ones or for on the go though. I would personally like it better if it had a higher heat setting and the charge lasted longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Such a cozy way to use a heating pad. I was conveniently just starting my cycle when the Comfortball arrived, I loved the shape of it, when going to bed I was able to cuddle it, while positioning it over my lower abdominal area to help with the cramps. Between the heat and the cozy cuddle it provides, I had the best sleep ever. I now use it nightly as a heated cuddle buddy, I've lost a lot of weight and find that I am ALWAYS cold, the comfortball is my new best friend. I stay nice and warm, but my husband doesn't have to get over heated. Super happy with this product, will definitely continue to use and recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great product for cramps or a tummy ache The comfortball really comes in handy for those days when you need a little warmth and comfort on your stomach aka for cramps or soothing an upset stomach. I like that it has 2 temperatures, high and low, and it's rechargeable. It is a soft pillow that is nice to cuddle and hold against your tummy. And also, if it's positioned properly, you can use it for your back! The cons: The warming area is only on one side of the pillow. The panel that has the on/off button and charging port is quite large. Depending on how you hug the pillow, the panel can get in the way.
