this is junk
couldn't plug in jet and no instructions on how to do so, couldn't get it to turn on, battery ports hard to work with. System wouldn't recognize the model # for registration. Mine was free with my Optum United health care. Guess Conair is dumping this product on this company and it's benefit program

It was immediately apparent after opening the package that the flossing system was poorly designed and cheaply made. After several attempts, I’ve been unable to get it to work.

Too Loud!!
This is so loud, I cannot use if anyone is sleeping anywhere in the house! A strong selling point for me was that this is portable. I wouldn't use it in a motel room, I think people would hear it two rooms over. Also, I don't see/feel any difference between the hi and low setting. On the plus side, I do think it's better than not using a water flosser. I just don't get to use it much as I'm the first one up and the last one to bed in our house.

Can’t get it to work.
Bought this and it just doesn’t turn on. Replaced the batteries twice. Pause button seems flawed. A piece of garbage. Stay away from Conair.

No over-or-under bite from
Ear plugs needed
Received as one of the products (OTC ) available with my healthcare plan. Need to take care to load batteries properly, 3AAA, and be sure to position the ribbon below where the batteries will be placed or you will have a lot of difficulty ever removing them. Seemed like a good product and it provides a nice two level water jet. BUT it is ridiculously loud. Glad it was free.

I can't believe that this product is actually offered to consumers. Not only is the noise level totally unacceptable (you should have seem how my fast my cat sprinted out of the bathroom when I turned it on!) but it was very difficult to control the water flow from the tip. It was like this device had a mind of its own, shooting water uncontrollably all over the countertop. And then, when I pressed the pause button, water still dribbled out. It was almost comical! I hate to waste things, preferring to try alternative uses, but this device is going right into the garbage can. It was free for me, as a benefit from my Medicare Advantage plan, but as another reviewer stated, it seems that Conair is trying to unload this failed product on unwitting consumers.
