Did Not Last
I bought this hair dryer less than a year ago and it just quit working, no warning at all. Did not over heat, wasn't dropped. The retractable cord is a wonderful idea in theory, but it just doesn't work. I've always bought Conair hair dryers and they have always lasted for years, except for this one.

One use and it's DONE!
We bought this while travelling and used it once, when we got home a day later, it didn't work! We'd thrown away the box and everything, not expecting to need it or ever have a problem again due to Conair's long history of long-lasting products, but THIS is unbelievable to see that CONAIR is making inferior quality products now. If I'd paid $5 for it, I would understand the one use, but over $25 at a drugstore, it shouldn't be like this. I'm very unhappy.

Very Loud!
This is the loudest dryer I have ever owned. Even my husband made a comment that it was too loud to hold so close to my ears while drying my hair. It makes my ears ring! Also, I know all the safety regulations are necessary, but the cord is very short- and makes it somewhat inconvenient to use.

Such a drop in quality
This is the third or fourth Cord-Keeper model I've had and this model is by far the worst yet. The first arrived broken and the replacement didn't last a year before the retracting button popped off. It still works but it's much more cumbersome to handle without the button.

I have one about 7 months old......all of a sudden it just stopped working.....I am 83 living alone and dont even use it every day I bought it from Amazon.....threw out of box, no receipt....I am on a fixed income and this really upsets me

Don't buy this
I've had this for 3 weeks, and I don't use it everyday. I purchased this because it was supposed to be purple, it's blue. After using it today the heat and speed settings came off the handle. I'll be guessing at the settings until I can find a replacement.

Great features, well constructed !
I purchased this hair dryer a few weeks ago and I’m extremely impressed with how well it works ! Lightweight, well constructed and very powerful. I also love the cord keeper which retracts the cord at the touch of a button. Very convenient for storing. I highly recommend this hair dryer a!
