I love this massager. I've had one for years. When it's new, it works great to relieve my neck and back pain. But the problem is that it doesn't last very long. After daily use, it starts making a loud motor noise, and the intensity of the vibration decreases. Then it diminishes into nothing and dies. I've probably bought 20 of these massagers over the last 5 years, simply because they're not terribly expensive. I wish they were better made. I wish they would last longer before they failed. You need to re-evaluate the design to make it hold up better over time.

Worse than its earlier version
I have been using the earlier version of the conair Heated massager for the last 5 years. Wanted to buy the new one hoping that it would be better.
I was sadly surprised to note that it doe not even heat up like my old massager. It needs more power and heating capability. I have returned the new one and am happy using the older version.

Heat is basically non-existent. Vibration is weak and it felt like it would break if I put too much pressure. Can't use most of the surfaces in any practical way, not that I was able to tell the difference between them.

Internal mounts break
I like the massager I've bought 5 over the years they just don't last long because the cheap made internal mounts break but it's the only one that helps with my chronic pain

Gentle vibration for back pain
I use this on my lower back. With its angled head, I can tilt it and use it hands free. It is definitely not as aggressive as a percussion message tool.
