not thrilled.
I bought this through my mybenefits.com and the pics keep coming out of the handle while flossing. Sent email to conair with all the info.Still haven't responded ,except to acknowledge that I registered the warranty.

No good
I bought this recently and it is no good. Will not stay together, as soon as you turn it on the pick blows off the handle. I tried changing the pick, and same issue with all. Cannot use it.

Not very user friendly
OTC with my health care plan, glad I didn’t spend much for it. I’m like others who can’t remove the tip for cleaning/replacement, nothing in the instructions either. Cleans very good but yes it’s very loud. Batteries are difficult to install. Who ever designed this must have flunked out of school.

Don’t waste your money.
I am disappointed in this product. The pic does not lock in And comes out while I’m using it. I have to try to force hold the pic in place while using it.
