When you shop with us on Conair.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price. Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 10 business days from when the product is received for your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.
