Purchased this steamer to replace one that I had that recently broke. I am so glad that I cam across this particular model of Conair and cannot believe how incredibly powerful it is! Not only does it heat up quickly, it has the ability to choose settings and the grip is easier to handle than my last model. I have used it on my clothes, drapes and several tougher clothing items where the higher settings have come in handy. The reservoir is also a great feature holding an ample amount of water for several items at a time. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone interested in looking for a steamer & press.

Love this Conair product
I bought this model and it does a great job. I bought a similar product from another company and it didn't work well so I did not have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised that the Conair does an excellent job of removing wrinkles and is easy to use.

Seems nice and sturdy
My previous hand steamer was a disaster (not Conair brand) leaking water while steaming. Just got this and have not used it much, but I am happy with it’s performance the few times I did! Love the design!
