2nd one, same problem
I’m on my 2nd one & loved how it gives my hair lift & body. I had my first one for several years & always used it the way it came but my hair grew out so tried to switch out the brush for the larger & couldn’t lock it in. I threw it away thinking it was just old. I ended up buying another one awhile back but hadn’t used it. I recently tried to switch the brush & had the exact same problem. I contacted Conair & asked why I couldn’t lock it. I explained the problem & offered to send them a video showing the problem. They responded asking for my contact info, model & serial #, color etc. I sent the info & their response was that it was out of warranty.
The unit is like new & works but is useless as neither brush will lock in. Once a brush is removed, it’s impossible to get it locked back on.

Perfect for Europe
I just got this brush for travel as I needed a 220 volt hot air brush for travel. My expectations were not high, as it would be replacing my much more expensive Hot Tools brush, but it is quieter and just as good. The only lack is a cool setting, essential for holding volume, but I’m really happy.

big brush doesn't lock/work
I bought it 2 days ago and it looked like it was just what I needed but the bigger brush doesn't lock and I had to return it for a refund. I called Conair before doing so thinking they would replace it for a working model but was told to return it. I would recommend it if it worked.

Horrible product
I bought this brush 1 month ago Its was difficult to attach the wider brush and lock it in place. Once it did lock now I can not unlock it to use the smaller brush. It is a terrible product, not worth the money. Stay away form it

My previous Conair blow curler worked great. After years of use, I had to replace it. When the new version heats up. The smell of plastic is overwhelming. I may have to invest in a different brand

Manufacturing problem. Buy something else…
I have had two of these styling dryers in the past and have never had a problem changing the barrels. This one I received yesterday is impossible to lock into place. I will be returning it. Based on the reviews I’ve read, this is an ongoing problem. What a shame, this used to be a great product.

Piece of junk
I purchased this curling brush from Amazon for 28.00. I ordered on March 8th and received on March 9th. The high button just broke and I cannot get it to go on high. Amazon refuses to replace saying, Conair is responsible. I have purchased all Conair products and this is the first time I have had trouble. Will never purchase a Conair products again.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday and she likes it but she doesn't realize there's a total of 3 settings but only 2 work. It turns off and turns to Low but that is it. It will Not go to high at all. It just won't move. This really sucks!

Ist time buyer
I got this product but have not used it too much yet. I like the concept, but hair seemed a little flat to me on completion. I am thinking I need to practice a little more and try both attachments. It did seem to do the job quickly though.

Product does not work after only 1 week!
I bought this item a week ago! 1 Week! It's already not working properly. The switch will not slide up to the high setting, and will not dry my hair on the low setting. Extremely disappointed.

Larger brush won’t lock into place
The problem is that the large brush doesn’t lock in place, so it just falls out and can’t be used. The smaller brush does lock so I don’t know why the bigger one doesn’t.

ATTACHMENT DOESN'T LOCK ON!!!
I really would LOVE to give this product a 5-star rating, BUT I can't! This is the second one like it I purchased in 2 weeks. I love the idea of this hot air styler/dryer, but ... the larger plastic brush does not lock in, so it falls off when you try to use it. This was a problem with the first one I bought, so I returned it. While I was in the store, I checked out all of the other ones they had in stock, and ALL of them had the same issue. I really like the idea of this styler, with the 2 heads and the smaller handle, so I purchased another one online through Amazon, this time and was hoping that maybe this was just a random issue with one batch that was distributed to my local store. I got my new one delivered this morning, but unfortunately, it also has the same issue. I really would LOVE to have this item replaced with one that works properly! Can someone at Conair PLEASE check out those that they have in inventory and see if they ALL are like that, because if they are, they are useless and should be replaced. I'd really like someone to respond to this message, as I see it has been a problem for numerous other people!

Not good for thin, fine hair
