It works! Pretty curls for days
So the product was so easy to use! They made it fool proof and thought of everything. You plug it in and it heats up really fast. You set your temperature you set your curl type and you set the direction you want the curls to curl in. There's one button that actually does the curling of your hair. I have super long hair and was so happy that my hair did not get tangled in the process of being curled my only complaint is that you have to wait for three beeps to release the girl. I found that sometimes if you put too much hair into the curler, those three beeps never happen and I get nervous. Otherwise the curls are so pretty and perfect!

Im so glad I got to try this wonderful product,(Curl Secret INFINITIPRO by CONAIR) I love curls and it takes me hours to do my hair and after trying this curler I threw my old one away.CONAIR makes wonderful and long lasting products and this curler by any means is awesome.This makes my life so much easier ,it took minutes to get ready and look like I spend all day curling my hair.No more waiting for curler to get hot, this products has temperature settings your liking ,3 curls types to choose from ,it beeps when ready and takes seconds to be ready again.There is no more burning you scalp or hands trying to use it.This is so easy to use ,grab a piece of hair introduced in the curler all the way down below the star ,press start and the curler will gently wrap your hair in and will spin and that's it you have beautiful curls.The benefit of owning this product is getting your hair done in minutes vs hours. its easy to use no more burning yourself and you get your hair done in a jiffy.I definitely recommend this product to family and friends for the practicability of the curler and because its so easy to use .

Very confusing to use
The one thing I love about this product is the sleek look. I was very happy to receive but was later disappointed. I am a mom that is constantly on the go and I don't have much time to put into my hair. If this would have been a regular curling iron, I would have been all for it. The hair has to be inserted a certain way for the curl secret to curl and if it's not done right, your hair gets tangled. If you are someone that likes to try cool interesting curling irons go for it, but if you are someone like me that needs to fix hair quickly I wouldn't recommend this product. I really wanted to love it but it's not for me.

Review for company, not product
I ordered this on November 19th. It was a Christmas present for my wife. Here it is January 9th and still don’t have the product. Called them several times. First time they said oh we are sorry it got missed in the warehouse. We will send it out again. So a week went by called again (I want to add that it’s been at 45 minute wait each time I called). They said the same thing it got lost. I said I want a refund. They said well we have to go through corporate for a refund. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They need to be shut down. I will never buy anything from them again. Terrible customer service

Using this curling tool is so easy! The sleek style is very user friendly and the direction are very accurate. It is now my go to styling tool. The curling item gets hot super fast almost no wait time. Also when turning off the cool down time is fast so no worry about burning or leaving it after I finish styling

Great Tool
I hate to admit it, but I'm very uncoordinated and TERRIBLE at curling my hair with a traditional iron. Automatic curlers are the only way I can get decent results. the Curl Secret is my new go-to curling tool. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you figure it out, curling is fast and easy. Setting the temperature, selecting curl style and changing rotation direction are easy with the touch of a button. The note on the barrel that tells you which side should face your head is very helpful. I actually like the attached cord ... my old unit was USB rechargeable and often ran out of power before I was done with touchups.

Love this!!!
Great curling iron for the beginners! with a normal clip curling iron, I usually have a very hard time getting my hair curled. I will burn my fingers multiple times, and itll take over an hour. I have very thick hair. This curling wand reduced my time to 45 mins on the first try. My hair did get tangled a few times, but no harm was done. It came out perfectly with deep-wave hair after i combed it out. Love the versatility and ease of use! I have color-treated (bleached) straight east asian hair to a few inches below my shoulder I didn't click any of the buttons while i used it and I love that its clear so i can see my hair.

Doesn’t turn on anymore!
Curler doesn’t turn on anymore! Worked the first time I used it, then a month later which was the 2nd time ever using it the start button stopped working. I tried everything, using different outlets where other electronics worked, unplugged and plugged it again. Pressed and held down the start button for more then 2 seconds. Nothing, no lights. Completely dead. I guess I’m one of the ones that got a dud like the other reviewers mentioned. Will be returning it back to Costco. The mini curler that came with it still works but don’t like the curls it produces, too tight.

I love it!!!
Completely in love with this auto curler! Has 5 heat settings, 3 curl directions and custom curls. It'll take you some time to got it if you are new to this type of curler, but it's so worry free cause it'll let you know if there's error it'll beep and release the hair which is fantastic! I love that I can choose my desired temperature, curl type and curl direction, absolutely a win win!!

This auto curler is the most amazing hair tool ever invented!!! It does everything for you so that means no more tired and sore arms after manually curling all those locks of hair…it's practically effortless! You can select which curl style you want and which direction you want the curls spiraling. There is 5 heat settings up to 410 degrees and you get the perfect, flawless curls! Best hair tool ever
This is simply the best and easiest hair tool I’ve ever used and not huge on using stuff like this, but it was quick and easy to do my hair and not worrying about getting burnt or getting my hair tangled. Just super easy recommend this to anybody. I do also love that there are quite a few safety features on this product keeps you from getting burnt your hair could not get stuck. If it does it back to your hair out and then you just know to use a little bit less hair and I love it comes with very clear instructions. How do use it and get that girl that you were looking for and what temperature to use it at.

Success!
It took awhile to get used to the process, but it’s worth the effort. I use the wand on the lowest heat and loosest curl settings and end up with plenty of curl. For some reason, the curls last much longer than when I’ve used traditional curling irons - all day and night. I’ve found it’s very important to just curl about a 1” section at a time as instructed. For my medium length, fine, wavy hair I have learned to smooth bottom layers with a straightening brush and only curl the top layer to achieve the look I want. I do wish the setting icons were larger so I wouldn’t need my readers to verify the settings. Friends have noticed the difference and think my hair looks great!

Amazing product
I received this Conairpro curl secret styling tool complimentary to try, I have the original and was very excited to try this style. I love the different settings of curls that can be achieved and the different heat settings as well. I used the lowest heat setting and a more defined curl and was
blown away. There was little to no hair pulling with this tool which I am super happy about, the curls took half the time and were so bouncy and beautiful. I am beyond happy with this, my hair looked and felt so good with it. Still had shine and bounce, and wasn't so snarled. I love that you can also choose which direction it turns the curls. It was not too heavy and was very easy to use.

Good Beginner's Tool
Gifted by Conair. The InfinitPro by Conair Curl Secret is an affordable styling tool that is easy to use.
What I like most about this curler is the protective cover on the curler to prevent accidental burns. It's a great beginner's tool for this very reason. The curler heats up quickly and gets hot but the protective cover stays cool. It's so simple to use- just insert your hair into the slot and push the button for the curler to wrap around your hair.
The slot is pretty small which means you have to insert small amounts of hair at a time. The downside is It can take some time to curl all of your hair.

I received an InfinitiPRO by Conair® Curl Secret® for free from HTC in exchange for my own us reviews. It is easy to use, even for someone like me who isn’t a professional hairstylist. The automatic curling feature takes the guesswork out of creating perfect curls.
With customizable settings for curl direction, temperature, and curl type, I can create a variety of looks, from tight ringlets to loose waves. I only wish there was more room for a bigger strand.
I also appreciate the thoughtful design, including the ceramic tourmaline chamber for even heat distribution, which minimizes hair damage.

Easy use curler
I tried this out for a quick, casual hairstyle. The style turned out really good! I thought it was very easy to use the Conair InfinitiPRO. The directions it came with was easy and straightforward. The only trick is that with longer hair, you need to use less hair because as it curls in the barrel, it has a safety sensor and will beep if there is too much as it curls into it. I like the different heat and optional settings that the InfinitiPRO allows, so with thick, thin or corse hair, it would all work well. With my straight hair, it was easy to use and grab into the barrel and release. I'm so glad I was able to try the Conair InfinitiPRO at a discounted price for my honest opinion.

Feeling Fancy
I had just washed my Hair and blow dried which took some time since it's thick and past my shoulders a bit, so I decided that I would try and use The Conair Infinity Pro Curl Secret though I did read the directions, it was a little frustrating taking small sections to achieve the curl I was looking for. The beep notification to release didn't go off as it was supposed too but I managed to get a curl out of it, not saying this doesn't work I may have just rushed into the process I'll keep working on this as they say practice makes perfect.

Easy curls!
Took quite a few practice runs to get the technique right but once you get the hang of it, the curls turn out beautifully! The only dislike I have is I like to curl all the way up to my scalp and the design of this curling iron doesn't allow for that. Most curls start a few inches below my scalp. I have naturally wavy hair so it kinda throws off the look but I went in with my mini flat iron and straightened out the pieces the curling iron didn't catch. Not a big deal but still had to use a different tool. Other than that, curled my hair in less time than manually and they lasted throughout the day!

Easy to Use!
For reference I have long, straight, thick hair. My hair is in layers and is down half my back. With the Conair InfinitiPRO, I had to divide my hair into several sections just to be able to get some sections through the barrel. The barrel itself is about 1" wide so my curls turned out pretty tight even on the "wavy" curl setting. I brushed out the curls to make them looser. I don't think it's for thick long hair. But if you have shorter thin hair this will probably work really well for that hair type.
Pros: It heats up fast, the lowest temperature is 330° and was hot enough for my thick hair, it automatically wraps your hair around the barrel, it beeps to let you know when the hair is ready to be released from the barrel, if it detects your hair is getting tangled it automatically stops spinning your hair into the barrel, easy to use.
Cons: tight curls-even at its "Wavy" curl setting the curls were tight, you can only put in a small section of your hair through the barrel, the barrels width is quite small and short.

Easy to Use and Curls for Days
I received the Conair Curl Secret curling iron complimentary for my honest review. The Conair Curl Secret is the tool every one needs in their beauty regimen to give you fabulous curls It is so easy to use and hard to mess it up (it warns you if you don't have hair placement right). I was afraid that my hair would get tangled inside but it is absolutely flawless! It has multiple heat settings as well as curl types (tight, middle, wavy) and the best part is you can set the curl direction or set to alternate to give you a more natural and full look. I am so happy to have received this as I love to wear my hair curly and cannot do it with a regular curling iron. This was fast and super easy and did not leave a frizz! Put it on your list and go get it!

I love the concept - especially for someone like me who wants an easy button to curl my hair! However the curler was too challenging to use. The slot for hair is very small which makes for a lot of sections and taking a lot of time. Once I got the hang of the direction and to pull the long portion of hair downward, that sped up the process but still had to use very small sections. If I had extremely thin hair, this might be worth it but for me it was just too time consuming

My New Favorite Hair Styler
Right out of the box, I read the easy-to-follow instructions, plugged it in, turned it on, and adjusted the settings. So easy to use! And even on the lowest temp setting and curl setting, my hair had bounce and kept its wave all day. That's a first! And with the protective barrel, my scalp wasn't in danger of being burned, as with other automatic curling wands. I did get one tangle (out of many uses over the past week) and it was so easy to untangle my hair. People are now complimenting me on my hair, something hardly anyone did before. A definite buy and I'm raving about it to everyone.

Super fast curls!
I got this product for free in return for my honest opinion. I have a love/hate relationship with this curling iron. I love how fast it curls my hair and I love that there are three curl settings as well as a temperature setting. All the settings are easy to adjust based on what kind of curls I am looking for. I also love that my curls held up really well; even waking up the next day, I still had some nice curls that looked natural after a little morning touch up. What I hated was how much time it took me to learn how to use this curling iron. I did mess up a lot the first few times I used it and my hair would get tangled up inside the unit. I would get frustrated a lot and want to give up however, I did take some time to watch an online tutorial and I continued to practice and I have gotten better. I have not perfected it yet, but I think the more I use it, the better I will do and the faster I will be able to curl my whole head. If you have a little patience and are willing to learn how to use it like me, it really is a great curling iron!

Highly recommend! Would buy again
As someone who loves having their hair curled but isn't a fan of how long it can take doing it with my curling wand, I absolutely love this product. It has so many different settings to guarantee the best for your hair and which side you're curling(yes, it has a setting to choose left or right side) and the curls come out amazing! The only con I can think of would be it can only take small strands of hair at a time, which in turn makes it difficult for any of the curl types in the settings to look more loose. Because of this, the wavy setting was my go-to as the others came out too tight. That isn't a big problem though in my opinion and I still love the product and plan to use it all the time now that I see what it's capable of and how much quicker I can get my hair looking great!

This is a product I thought was going to be ok but let me tell you. . . If you struggle with doing your own hair, a beginner, impatient like me? YOU & ALL YOUR GIRLS NEED THIS!!!! There's no way your hair gets caught up it releases it without any hair being pulled or yanked (which is what kept me from ever purchasing a product like this) you won't get burned ESPECIALLY if you love having nails you know it's so hard to do your hair and not burn yourself. This product solved all of that and the best part is my curls last I wore them for 2 days and still gorgeous. GREAT JOB CONAIR 🙌

Great Concept!
Thank you Conair for allowing me to try this product for free by leaving my honest review. My daughter and I both tried this product and found it very simple to use. The 3 different curl choices really do produce different results. We both have thick hair and found the process no more time consuming than using a flat iron. The results are much different with the InfinitiPRO by giving much tighter curls than a flat iron. My only complaint is that I wish the barrel was bigger for my thick hair.

What a great addition!
WOW. I'm so grateful this auto-curler exists! I'm not the girliest and when it comes to curling my hair, it's so intimidating and time consuming. This amazing curler got the job done is less than half the time without the intimidation. I started the process a little anxious and felt like a pro before I was done, even did my daughters hair! Just slide the hair into the curler, push the start button, and the magic happens in no time. I love the easy to select temperatures and curling options.
