Quieter than a mouse!
I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and run a rescue so I am always looking for something to help with odors and clean the air that won't kill my wallet or electric bill. I placed this unit in my bedroom and I really do like it. First, you can't hear it. Any other purifiers I've had that actually work well are soooo loud. I cant hear this even if I try, had to check it was still on a few times. Plus my bedroom has no animal odors which makes my relaxing time so much more enjoyable!

Looks great, not overly large - seems to be working!
I was very impressed with how light and easy to set up this air purifier was. It has air inputs on three sides, so it allows you to lay it down on the fourth side (to be on top of your dresser, or something like that). The lowest two speeds are quiet enough to be softer than our air conditioning, so they're not disruptive. The highest setting gets into white noise territory, but still isn't terribly loud. The purifier itself looks nice, it's a good color that matches my trim work. It isn't overly bulky to where it stands out too much. I did knock off one star because I have a well-rated competitor brand in my son's room, that is much smaller. That one I can truly feel the difference when I walk into his room. With this Conair one I get the sense that the air feels cleaner, but it doesn't smack you in the face as much.

Love the ConairPure humidifier
I used the Conairpure humidifier in my son's room for the fact he has allergies and asthma. Let me tell you I love it. He doesn't wake up with stuffy nose or his eyes have not been itcy. This product really does work and I could tell the difference from his room to another room. Love the settings, no matter which one you have on from the lowest to the highest you cannot tell. This product has been a game changer to me and I most definitely recommend it to anyone.

I use this in my bedroom where my 2 large wonderful yet stinky dogs sleep. After a good night rest the can smell a bit funky in the morning , well no more I run the product when I go to bed and the air is clear. You can definitely tell the difference this makes from one room to the next. I will be trying this product in other rooms as well so that I can decide if I need another one. Added bonus of this product is the quiet yet effective white noise effect it has.

Great size and silent! Some critical missing features
This is a really nice slim purifier solid cylindrical filter and a great silent mode. It fits perfectly in the bedroom without taking up too much space. However, there is no way to turn off the lights, and they shine a bright blue all night long. Unfortunately, this is not really something you want in your bedroom. Even with a sticky-note over it, it shines through - it's bright! Had to move it to the home office instead.
The touch controls are simple and self-explanatory which is great, and I do not really mind the retro '70s color scheme. However, it does feel like Conair didn't really put too much effort into this and perhaps license this product from another manufacturer. The three fan settings are low,med,high. However the real jump is from low to med, and the only real difference between med/high is the sound, airflow doesn't change much. That's due to the cylindrical fan design.
This would be justifiable at half the price. However, at the price point they're asking, at the very least there should be a night-mode or an auto-led off mode; also a sensor to control the fan speed would be great.
A purifier with potential, but missing too many simple things that many other purifiers have (at a lower price)

This is a great product to have especially when you have kid
I got this product for free to test out from a campaign and it turns out its very good. My room is not too big but I really feel the difference in the air after having this air purifier in my room. I have a fan and before having the air purifier, it collected a lot of dust and is visible on the fan, but after using the air purifier for a while, I noticed the different right away. There is less dust on the fan and I don't have to clean the fan that often anymore.

small but effective
The Conair Medium Room Air Purifier has been an improvement to my life. It's been the worst allergy year in a long time, and I decided to put the air purifier in the bedroom. The unit is lightweight and you just plug it in and use it, with no fuss. There was a noticeable difference after one night with it: my breathing had improved and my eyes were not irritated, as they have been upon awakening. After a few nights, I was feeling more well rested in the morning.
One issue worthy of mention is the sound. While it isn't "noisy," per se, it's not whisper quiet, either; it does make a low whoosh. If you require total silence in order to sleep, this is not the item for you; however, I enjoy a bit of white noise while falling asleep, so I consider it an added benefit.

You can tell the difference in the air!
I actually love this air purifier! I can truly tell the difference when I wake up in the morning, no more congestion or weird sore throat feeling! Plus when you put it on the medium setting or higher it sounds like a white noise machine — some may not like that, but it's super soothing when going to sleep. I leave it on low during the day to continue to purify the air.
My only con would be trying to get the compartment open where you place the filter.

I actually use it every day! Its the first air purifier I have used, for the longest time I been waking up with really bad allergies and I been noticing my allergies not as bad since I start using this, it's not a super big difference but they have decreased for sure , now the sound! It's not super loud I always put it on the third speed and love the fan sound it really helps me sleep!

Excellent Quality Air Purifier
This Conair Air Purifier I got to try for free is amazing. It not only purifies the air wh8ch makes it healthier for our lungs and the air is clean from all the dust and bacteria we can't see but also it cools it so much. Like is a having a fan with dual purposes. I am already considering getting 2 more for the rest of the rooms as it will save me money in the long run as the A/C doesn't have to work that hard with this heat. I really recommend.

Game changer!
My son is asthmatic and is mildly allergic to dog dander. We have a dog which could make another dog from all the hair he sheds, frogs and a turtle. If not kept up with, it gets funky. We have tried so many different air purifiers. Some would work briefly and kind of just flatline. THIS purifier is an absolute game changer. We put it in his room and it doesn't disturb him when he sleeps and it works like magic to keep the air a pure s possible!

Makes a room feel like a whole new place
It is extremely efficient. I loved the fact I could use in on the floor but also on a shelf. It has a slick look that depending on how you use it can almost make it not there of if you so desire looks nice as a decoration. Was very quiet and easy to use. In a short time I could till the difference in the air felt light and easier to breath. The only draw back is the filters are a bit pricey. But it would take while before you should need one.

Air purifier
I use this air purifier in my office to keep allergens and dust out of the air. I have been using it for about a week and so far, I am pleased with the results. It has three levels of air flow. I started using the highest setting but the machine was VERY loud so I typically keep it on the lowest setting now. I feel like it works well and the design makes it easy to use in just about any room. The only issue I have with it is how loud it is.

Medium room air purifier
The Conair medium room air purifier is an awesome product I have had mine for roughly 90 days now and we love it, I have it in the Dog's room and it has made such a huge difference in the room, I have purchased a larger one for our home. The Conair medium room air purifier has changed my thoughts on air purifier, my kids have ask for one so they will be getting one for their next gift. Highly recommend the Conair medium room air purifier.

Can be used either horizontal or vertical!
I really like that I am able this is usable horizontally. I dislike have air purifiers cluttering our space and this one can be down low on the floor and mostly out of sight. It has 3 speeds with the high speed being fairly loud. If you like to sleep with fan noise, you will love this air purifier for that part alone! It cleans up to 200 sq ft and is perfect for most bedrooms and small office spaces. Changing the filter is super easy! Simply open the door on the back of the unit and pull the filter out.
The power panel is on the side. It is very responsive with a light touch. There is a button to turn on negative ions as well as the fan speeds (low, medium and high), and an indicator light that will let you know when the filter needs to be replaced.
The neutral beige color will blend in much better than black usually does. Of course, that is depending on your paint colors. I've been running this in my bedroom at night and it does lower the level of cat dander and other allergy triggering dust in the air. We have 2 cats that I didn't used to be allergic to. Something changed post covid (I had the first version at the beginning of the pandemic) and now I'm allergic to everything. Anyway, this is a very nice air purifier and keep in mind, it will operate on its side, too. You simply have to remove the round base. Finally, it doesn't come with a remote control.

I would highly recommend this purifier!
I have used this product for about a week now. I noticed it has trapped so much dust from my bedroom. The filter shows the dirt and dander it has already collected, and I am amazed at what was in my room. I think it works very well and can't even fathom what else it has captured from my bedroom where I sleep! It is not very loud, and I actually forget it is operating as well. I would recommend this purifier if you are looking for one!

Nice clean air
I use this in my bedroom for a good week, and I noticed that the air quality seemed fresher or more clean. I will continue to use this product because I feel that I sleep better at night and I don't have any of the morning allergies when I wake up. Before putting this air purifier in my room I would wake up sneezing etc. I did receive this air purifier as part of a free promotion to try it out, but my review is not biased based on that.

Pretty Amazing!
I've always wanted to try a air purifier and jumped at the chance when I was offered one free by Conair. Let me tell you, this thing is great! I placed the purifier in my smaller living room. Often, smells from the kitchen will waft in. But with the purifier, those smells quickly disappeared. I also noticed less dust on my bookshelves and overall cleaner feel in the room. I had my doubts, but they were quickly removed after a week!

If you have a teenager this is a must buy.
We have been using this in our teenagers room. They loved the fact you can stand it in the floor or remove the base to sit on the dresser. Its a very slim design which is amazing. If you have a teenager you know they are funky. It took about 24 hours of running on medium to remove any and all traces of teenager from the room. It really was not too loud. It didnt disrupt the tv or gaming sounds which was a huge plus. As thats one of our issues with another brand purifier we own. Its easy to access the filter when the time comes to replace it. Only issues we had my teenager complains about how bright the power button is. She is really part vampire who loves a pitch black room at night. So for a normal person this is most likely not a concern. I highly recommend it if you have teenagers, pets, or like myself lupus to clean the kid school germs from the air.

Nice quiet air purifier
I have been using the Conair Pure Medium Room Air Purifier in my living room for 2 days and I can already tell a difference in the odor. I had a musty smell that is now gone.
The air purifier has 3 settings which is a nice feature. The design is sleek and will fit into just about any decor. It's extremely quiet and does not interfere with the tv or sleeping.
I have already recommended this to friend that suffers from allergies.

Good for kitty litter smells
ConAir sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.
I decided to use this air purifier in the room I keep my cats litter box. The box sometimes has a strong odor even when it has been freshly emptied and completely wiped down. I put the air purifier right next to the box and it has really helped control the odor better. I used to notice it as soon as I walked into the room but it is not nearly as strong now.

I plan on buying one for my kids room!
I keep it in my bedroom where my 2 dogs sleep. You can't smell the dogs at all! The other day I had to move it to the kitchen because something we cooked made the house smokey. The air purifier ran for 20 minutes at high and the smokiness was completely gone. I'll have these in every room in my house before too long. Good product
After using this product for a week, I feel that it significantly improved the quality of air in a bedroom. This is especially useful for older apartments. At the lowest setting, the air purifier is quiet enough not to be noticed. At the highest setting, the fan can be relatively loud. In addition, the lights can be relatively bright at night. I ultimately had to turn the product off at night to avoid the bright light.

Breath Easy
I put this in my master bedroom as soon as I received it. I walked in there later that night when I was going to get ready for bed and the difference in the air quality in my room vs the rest of the house. The air felt so clean and fresh and less heavy than the other rooms on the house. The machine is quiet like a small fan. The only thing I do t like is that it doesn't have a timer so that it's not constantly running.

Helps with Allergies
The ConairPure Medium room Air purifier is perfect for small space. Its sleek design allows to stand up or laying on its side, also lightweight and quiet on lower settings. I have very bad allergies plus a few pets and used this in my bedroom. After a few days I did notice my sneezing decreasing and my breathing easier at nighttime. (Conair kindly gave me this Room Air Purifier for free so that I could review it)

Great Product!
I received this product for free from BzzAgent. I pulled it out of the box and set it up in seconds. Very straight forward. It has a slight fan noise but I don't mind that in my bedroom. I felt like it took a day or so but then I noticed the air feeling a little fresher in the room.
I would buy this product. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure how long the filters last or the ease/cost of replacing them.

I would buy the Conair Room Air Purifier for other rooms
When I received the Conair medium Room Air Purifier, I was excited to open the box and start using it right away in our bedroom. My husband read the booklet included and was eager to set it up and see how it worked. He put it on his nightstand and turned it on when we went to bed that evening. We have never used an air purity, so we didn't have any preconceived ideas as how it would perform.
Pros:
Noise from the fan was soothing. We like to have white noise when we sleep at night.
My husband noticed his cpap machine hasn't been using as much water at night.
Our eyes don't seem as dry in the morning. We have 2 dogs that sleep with us at night and I think it helps keep the dander down.
The control panel is easy to use.
Cons:
The lights from the control panel are very bright. It lit up our bedroom. We had to put a post it note over the lights to get some relief from it.

Compact & Quiet Air Purifier
Thanks Conair for the free Air Purifier. This sleeker model replaced an older and bulkier air purifier. I love that it is whisper quiet. I have it running in my office all day and am not disturbed by the sound of it running. Most of the time, I forget that it's there. I feel good that the air I breathe all day, every day is cleaner with the use of this product. It was super easy to set up and begin using.
