Great features
I received this as a gift and have been surprised as to how quickly it heats up. I have not had to iron much at all since I received this. The steam has 2 settings, love the turbo setting! Stubborn wrinkles melt away.

I purchased this tonight, read the instructions, and watched an YouTube on how to use it. While it powered on, gets hot, the tubing does not prime and it does not work once filled. I will be returning it in the morning.

Stopped making steam after 3 uses
I bought this item around February 2021, I only used it 3 times during 6 months period and then it just stopped making steam at all. I tried to return it to the store but unfortunately the return period was over.

Exceptional steamer
This thing is strong and gets the job done. I ordered dress pants online, they arrived wrinkled I wet them and put in the dryer, still had wrinkles. I used this steamer and within minutes the wrinkles were gone

Easy to use

Works fine after solving the issue.
I had to pierce a hole in the connection between the water tank and the steamer. The water wasn’t entering the steamer until I figured out why. Works fine now. Also the water fill should be easier to fill.

Not as good as expected.
I bought this steamer to use on my linen pants that are hung to dry. It was impossible to get the wrinkles out with the steamer. I’m hoping it will work better on my sweaters that are laid flat to dry.

My fave steamer so far
It’s working good so far. No complaints yet. The turbo feature is a nice one. I’m able to use it maybe longer than 10 minutes before I refill it with distilled water. I also use this on my fabric chair, hats after I sweat in it and sometimes on sneakers. Make sure you use only distilled water to ensure the optimum level of your machine. Distilled water is very affordable.

Initial hiccup but steamer works very well
The new unit right out of the box would not produce any steam initially despite filling reservoir and following instructions . I watched a youtube video about it and learned how to prime the unit with water . Once primed, it works perfectly well , produces lots of steam and does a great job of removing wrinkles from clothing. Large size steam head also covers more area and gets the job done quicker. Overall , very satisfied.

Could have been better
I purchased the item about 2-3wks ago. I like how it gets the wrinkles out but the weight of this device alone is a workout. And to add insult to injury it's too top heavy with no good balance with or with out the water it's really awkward to handle. Also that steam creaser leaks if turbo is on for too long. And due to that awkward top weight causes your hand to slip closer to the steam and it gets hots....

It's A Winner
This is the first steam iron I ever purchased. I wasn't sure what to expect. It took a few minutes of using it to understand the best technique but once I figured that out, it was game on. I love this steam iron.
The iron heats up very quickly and starts producing steam immediately. It has a turbo feature that really produces tons of steam. The water reservoir is a tad tricky to fill but very much worth the effort for me.
I wanted to test it on the hardest wrinkles I could think of. I had a pair of badly wrinkled 100 % cotton denim jeans and within a couple of minutes they were nicely pressed. I am so glad I kept working with the iron until I understood the best technique.
I have only owned it for a month so can't comment on it's long term performance. Conair products have always been reliable for me so I expect this steam iron to live up to its reputation. The Conair name was another reason I chose this particular brand of steam iron.

Heavy, but works!
Used to take out wrinkles of a polyester chiffon gown after trying several methods without a steamer. The delicate fabric protector prevented the steam from getting into the fabric, so I used the turbo setting and the wrinkles finally came out. Wish I didn't need to use distilled water.

Fire Hazzard
Fire safety flaw. It does not automatically shut off on its own after a certain amount of time idling. This is a major fire hazzard. I forgot to turn mine off and it almost caught fire luckily I was home and heard the crackling noises of it starting to catch fire. The smell was awful.

Good for light clothing
I did a lot of research before committing to this steamer, and it was not what I expected. You can't use it on heavy fabrics but it does save you when you are in a hurry and the fabric is lighter. The water goes fast I think you can push doing 2 garments and then you have to refill.

This did the job.
I needed to remove tinting from my car windows and this worked great, It made the removal process so much easier. Put out great steam. Now I have it for future use and probably use it for cloths when needed.
