Only used once
I used the steamer only once. The small hose that is inside the water reservoir came loose. I have no way of fixing it. The plastic reservoir is a complete seal. I emailed the company and no response. What am I supposed to do?

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This steamer SUCKS! Not only does it not get rid of creases, it’s heavy and wears your hands and wrists out. You have to keep switching hands to steam even 1 garment. I purchased this a while ago from Costco and just used it for the first time, so, unfortunately, I cannot return it. What a waste of time and money. I tried it on a linen blend blazer and a hand painted silk sarong (pictures attached). I used 3,4 & 5 setting on the blazer and 1, 2 & 3 on the sarong. I “waved” the steamer over the garment, I slowly moved the steamer in an up and down motion, I let the steamer linger on a spot on the blazer, it made no difference. After 15 minutes and 2 sore wrists, I quit. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Remember, these photos are AFTER steaming.

The right tool for the right job
My new shower curtain had wrinkles that just laughed at my old steamer. I decided to upgrade and purchased this. I used it without any attachments at first, and while the wrinkles WERE disappearing, it took many slow passes and a good bit of time. I decided to add the delicate garment bonnet, and it was as though it were a whole new machine. Wrinkles came out on the first, slow pass. Amazing. I am sold. Worth every penny. I won't hesitate to experiment with the other attachments.

Awesome Steamer with attachments
I purchased this steamer a couple of weeks ago to specifically steam my new delicate material King bedspread. It was quite wrinkled from tight packaging. The mesh attachment was perfect for protecting the heavy but delicate material, and I am so happy with the results. My daughter loved it so much she has borrowed it for her new drapes! I am very satisfied with this product and it's easy to use hand held functionality!

Great for travel!!!
I purchased this steamer to take on business trips to steam business suits, and it has never failed to perform. The first night I used it I did have an issue with the machine spitting but I had used tap water from the hotel. Since then I used bottled water since the hotel did not have access to distilled water, and it worked perfectly, no other issues...I believe the water you use is the key to its performance!!!

Fantastic product!
I received this product as a gift! I totally love it! Does a better job than any other kind of product like this I have used in the past. It is kind of big to travel with, but I make room in my bag because my wardore needs it even traveling. Do yourself a favor and invest in one!

Perfect! Took out all of the wrinkles!
I bought this because I received a new shower curtain that was folded and packed into a very small plastic zip pouch. It was soooo wrinkled, especially to retail for $150. I bought this steamer to knock out those wrinkles. On the first time, it pressed out ALL of the wrinkles effortlessly. The steamer is lightweight, compact enough, and very easy to use. Very glad I bought it!
