Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised I'm no expert on air purifiers, but the Conair medium room one seemed to do the trick. Didn't even know Conair made these but I guess it makes sense since their air products are already top-notch. I was worried that it might be noisy and disrupt the peaceful ambiance of my apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. It operates silently in the background, allowing me to enjoy the tranquility of my space without any distractions. It was easy to use and made the air in my apartment feel fresher. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to the uber expensive brands out in the market.

The purifier can be placed horizontally or vertically and is perfect for the bedroom, placed on a bookshelf or entertainment console. I can't hear the purifier on the lowest setting but it unfortunately lacks an auto function. I consider this a basic feature for air purifiers, especially at the price point. Those looking for a compact, quiet, and simple air purifier would love this product. I would not recommend this purifier if you're looking to plug and forget.

I am a maximalist, but this just blends into the background on my coffee table and discreetly cleans my air! I have a tiny apartment, 550 sq ft total, so this is the perfect size for my living room/wfh office. I very occasional smoke in my living room, and it usually takes a few days for the smell to migrate out. With this air purifier, the smell is gone by the end of the evening. I'm not sure how this would perform in a bigger room, but it's perfect for my small apartment. I received this product for free, but this review is my own!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does more than I expected, looks nice, quiet I have an Oreck air purifier that works pretty well. Not their top of the line, but a good standard one. When I was offered this ConAir to review, I said sure, expecting a comparable one. This one has much better filtration power: HEPA13, which is enough to stop Covid germs. At the lowest fan setting, it is extremely quiet. If you want white noise in your room, you will need to set it at least the middle setting. Finally, while it is slightly larger, you can set it either standing straight up, or horizontally! That is great for placing on a shelf; it even comes with rubber feet for horizontal placement. I gave "only" 4 stars for quality, only because I haven't had it that long, but it appears well put together.

The ConairPure Medium Room Air Purifier in my opinion is designed to use very limited space and it is neutral in color that in my opinion blends in perfectly with absolutely ANY decor, this little device provides an air filtration in rooms that are up to 200 square feet. ((Can you believe that)) It also has a four-stage air filtration, a prefilter to catch large particles, a activated carbon filter to help remove odors, AND a true HEPA filter that removes up to 99.5% of particles, AND a positive & negative ion generator that attracts and captures pollutants from the air, as it removes dust and dirt, pet dander, smoke, & even pollen from the air, making the air in your home much cleaner and safer, helping you so you can breathe more easily. Definitely recommend this purifier it definitely packs a punch!!

I wasn't sure what to expect from the product, thinking my homes air was clean with us being " clean freaks". The product was easy to set up and does not take up much space. we ran the Air purifier for a week straight. After one week of running the purifier, we checked the filter. We were extremely surprised to see how much dirt the purifier caught. I would recommend this product to everyone after seeing how it worked in my house. I will always have a purifier running in my house after seeing the results we had.

Having three dogs and two cats and four kids means I have a lot of smells in my house! This purifier worked great! I have it in the main room on a table top. It is a great cream color that works well in any house. It has three fan speeds as well as an ion option for those hard to get rid of smells. I have only one complaint on this product. It is not quiet unfortunately. It makes a deep whirring noise especially at level one. The noise progresses to a higher pitch the faster the fan goes but it is strange noise. It will draw attention which is not what you want. but it may just be something wrong with mine. I did receive this item free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Conair Room Purifier Worth It I received the Conair Medium Room Air Purifier and unboxed the unit. Set up was super easy - just plugged it in! It is very easy to use and self-explanatory. I set it up in my bedroom because we have 3 dogs that sleep in the room! I must say, I do think since using this Air Purifier I can breathe better and sleep better! The information on the Conair says that it is "whisper quiet". When it is set on low, I cannot hear the unit at all. But turning it up to medium and high, it is definitely louder. The white noise is not terrible, mostly just like a fan running, but I do wish that it was a little quieter. Overall, I am very happy that I received the Conair Medium Room Air Purifier and will continue to use it! Like it a lot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful air purifier Thanks Conair for the free medium room size air purifier! This product is very aesthetically pleasing! The horizontal mode makes it blend in seamlessly with the rest of the room without being an eyesore. I can't wait to put this in my guest bedroom for all of our house guests. The purifier comes with three settings; low, medium and high. The low setting is great at night as it is quiet. The high setting is a bit loud but I put it on high during the day when I am not home. My only complaint is there is a blue light for the power that is bright at night.

I used it in my family room, which is slightly larger than suggested but I felt like that was a space that I needed purified. It is so quiet that it didn't interrupt any conversation or tv watching, which was great for my young daughter. While the effect wasn't immediate, I definitely felt a difference when I left to go to the store and then came back into the room. After having it running for a while, I noticed a difference in my own breathing and felt miles better. This is such a great product!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This works wonders. "Thanks to CONAIR or the free Air Purifier. When I opened the box setting it up was really easy. All I had to do was connect it to the devices back plug it into the wall and use the pad to turn it on.. Since its white it matches any kind of decor. It makes a sound, to a fan but doesn't make much noise at all. Specifically for my bedroom I bought this unit because my four dogs spend a lot of time there and things can get a bit sometimes. Honestly within 20 minutes of plugging it in I could already notice an improvement, in the air quality.

I was so excited to receive it, as I'm allergic to my cat, and I also have some other airborne allergies. The air purifier is whisper quiet while operating, and not noisy whatsoever. It has tiny lights on it for the different levels, but the lights themselves are not bright at all so they aren't bothersome. I had never previously owned an air purifier so I was sceptic at first if this product might really help. Well, after only 2 days my sneezing had stopped, and I swear the air even smelled cleaner! I'd definitely like one for another area in my house as well! I highly recommend this Conair medium air purifier to anyone looking to clean their air around them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great air purifier! The Conair Pure brand air purifier works very, very well. I placed it in my bedroom as I've been having allergy symptoms for months. After the first day I could feel the difference in the air in my room. It felt fresher and even seemed cooler. I ran it on the lowest setting and it is silent, when I tried medium or fast setting, there is a soft running/purring sound. I would definitely recommend this product, and the price is very reasonable. I did receive this as a promotional product but I planned on writing an honest true review.

I wanted to have clean and healthy air so I found that the Conair Medium Room Air Purifier was a good choice for my room. The assembly took a few minutes, and no tools were required. Also, it's lightweight and can be easily carried. I like that it's neither too big nor too small, its size is perfect for my room. I use it every night, and it's working great. It doesn't produce a lot of noise; therefore, sleep is not disturbed. I highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend this product Got the Conair Medium Room Air Purifier to test. We have animals and seasonal allergies. I set it up in my room above the litter box to see how well it worked since my cat sleeps in my room. I usually take my allergy meds before I sleep since my cat has alot of fur. It took about 2 days before I didn't have to take my allergy meds, specially at night. I was very surprised how good this air purifier worked. Its very quiet that my cat didn't even realize it was there like other brands I have tried. There has been less allergies and less particals from litter box which also would make me sneeze when my cat would kick up dust from the litter. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that suffers from allergies. Will be purchasing more for the rest of our home.

I live in a townhouse and I like to open my windows whenever possible but my neighbor smokes. With the Conair medium room air purifier I am able to clean the air and not even smell the smoke from my neighbor. It is quiet to operate, easy to use, and most importantly, it works! If you're into smart home tech, you'll appreciate that it's compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, although I haven't tried this feature yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet & effective! This is a wonderful air purifier! We have been using it for a few weeks and I have noticed a big improvement in the air quality in my house. We have children & cats, so we are used to the smells, hair, and dust that comes along with life. Since I have been using this air purifier, the smells have gone down a lot and I've also noticed less dust & fur in the air. We sleep better as well. The frequency of allergy related issues have been greatly reduced. The sleek design fits in well with any decor and I love that it can be positioned either vertically or horizontally so fitting in with any room arrangement won't be a problem! It is also very quiet. On the low and medium settings you can hardly hear it. On the high setting it just sounds like a fan (a nice, white noise!)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The air smells cleaner, but is it? I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. After doing research on air purifiers and how to determine if they are likely to actually increase pollution levels by generating ozone (Electrical vs Mechanical) I would not purchase this produce. That being said it is relatively compact, can be used vertically or horizontally, and had made the air in my home office smell better. It is a bit louder than I would like, but not any noisier than a fan. It has not improved my vasomotor rhinitis symptoms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Quiet The ConairPure medium room air purifier is sleek, and fits in most places. It has easy touchscreen controls and is very user friendly. The best part is how quiet it is. We have owned many air purifiers over the years and this is by far the most quiet and efficient. With its true hepa filter noticed a difference in air quality in my daughters bedroom within a day. It's only down fall is the price of the replacement filters. Conair recommends changing filter every 3 months and I could see that becoming costly.

I have it in the bedroom and it works so well. I have never slept better. I have had other air purifiers that have not worked at all. I believe this works to eliminate allergens from the air because I am sleeping through the night. I would buy this product in a heartbeat!! I have used others in the past and they seemed to work ok but this one takes the cake! it cleans out the air in my open layout home to my amazement! takes out cooking smells so that when my daughter comes home she doesn't even know I fried something on the stove top! I highly recommend this little but mighty device! I am going to purchase one for my downstairs living area as well!

This isn't a deal breaker, but I feel like most home appliances are true white rather than off white or ivory. The unit is quiet and we leave it on continuously. Seasonal allergies are an issue so I'm hopeful this unit will help while living in an old home but after just a week of use, it's too early to fully report on effectiveness. I've been happy with Conair products in the past.

I was extremely excited to use this purifier and immediately un-boxed and started up. It was extremely quite with just a faint whisper even at its highest setting. I did not detect a change in the air quality right away, but after a week the air seemed fresher. It has an electrostatic feature, which I honestly could not tell the difference between on and off. I also shudder to think of the replacement costs for the filters.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great value at this price point Everyone needs a good air purifier, right? Conair's version is a value for the money. It has definitely helped with my allergies, especially as we are entering into the season of pollen! My family likes the way it looks, "modern and sleek" is how they describe it. The only complaint I have is that I wish it were a little quieter. The motor is definitely audible, but it's not bad. I notice it most when I'm sitting alone, reading my book. But for the money, I'd still say it's a pretty good value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good so far i received this product free in exchange for an honest review. I have used the Medium Room Air Purifier for about a week, non-stop. Our house was plagued with an odd smell from the previous owners. After many years of trying to mask it with air fresheners and carpet cleaning, we decided to give an air purifier a try. We placed it in a front living room, near the front door, where the scent was most noticeable. I have to say, after a week of non-stop purifying, the smell is greatly diminished! Our house is large and this is a medium room size, but it seems to work pretty good! Just plug in and go. The touch controls on the unit aren't that intuitive, but a quick look at the instruction booklet which was included helped. It's a little noisier than I hoped, but you get used to the "white" noise.

You can use it vertically or horizontally. It is really quiet, especially if you use it in the low or medium setting, you can barely hear it. Having used air purifiers before and having an asthma problem stemming from indoor allergies, I can confidently say that this air purifier does its job. It has a HEPA filter and also it can ionize the air if you would like to. I would recommend this air purifier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Conair Medium Room Air Purifier The Conair Medium Room Purifier is located in my bedroom, which is approximately 12' by 11'. It has 3 settings , low , medium and high . The low speed is barely perceptible as far as noise level and operation. The medium setting is a bit louder, and at the highest setting, the purifier is quite noisy. I mainly keep it on the lowest fan setting, and I also use the ionic feature. While the benefits aren't immediately apparent, over time I feel that the air in my room is cleaner and more purified than normal. I say this because I have severe allergies, and the effects of the purifier are obvious to me in this regard. My nasal passages are less stuffy and inflamed, so this makes me extremely happy. For this reason alone, I would recommend this air purifier. I tried to upload a video but it would not load.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent Air purifier I will start off by saying there is nothing wrong with this air purifier, as someone who owns multiple different ones for every room of my house I have grown to know what I like. For the price you get a good air purifier & the ability to place it in either vertical or horizontal is fantastic, wish more of them had that option. However the the only real negative I have about this would be the lack of an auto fan feature which almost every purifier at this price point has.

I turned it on and after about 2 hours I could already tell a huge difference in my dogs room. A friend came over and immediately ask me how I keep my house from not smelling like dogs since I have two large dogs. I showed her my new Conair medium room purifier, I have a 3000 square foot home and the Conair medium room air purifier has made a huge difference in my home. I am purchasing another Conair medium room air purifier for upstairs and then a larger one for the rest of my home. I did not think that it would make a big difference, and I was wrong. I can not recommend the Conair medium room air purifier enough trust me it will make a difference in any room in your home. I am a true believer in the Conair medium room air purifier.
