Glamorous straightener
This straightener is beautiful. It looks great on the counter while you're waiting a few seconds for it to heat up. This is not the straightener of years ago that you could see the steam coming off your hair as it fried your strands. This uses ions so you can hear the ions working with little clicks but not see hear. I didn't burn my fingers trying to get my hair smooth and shiny. I love that it has an extra ling cord so that you can turn it in any direction without running out of cord. I have thin but wavy hair and this straightener makes it easy to straighten my hair quickly and without damage.

Great
Initially I was skeptical that this flat iron would be as good as my current one (chi). I had a conair one years ago that was just meh. But…this one surprised me! It heated up quickly (I used it on the middle heat setting.) It only took one pass to straighten my hair!
I also have an area on my head where the hair just wants to pop up. I've been fighting this spot for years. I did two passes with the flat iron in this spot and it looks completely normal.
It does make a slight buzzing noise. It's not enough to make make me take a star away or anything, but I thought I would mention it.

Great everyday straightener
I use a straightener mostly everyday for my front pieces and baby hairs and to fix some weird pieces that need to be smoothed out and straightened. I have very thick wavy hair so sometimes it's hard to find something that works effectively for me. This straightener is nice because it definitely adds shine and helps with frizz. The ceramic plates definitely make a difference. There are five settings and I use setting four, but don't feel like I'm damaging my hair doing so. The one con I have is the cord is extremely thin and flimsy and I can see this ruining the lifetime of the iron.

I am pleasantly surprised
I received the product for free in exchange for writing a review. My review is unbiased. I am not incentivized to write a fake review. I received the smoothwrap 1" in the mail and the box was really nice and sturdy. I opened it and took out the product and was immediately impressed with the weight and quality. I have a chi 1' and was expecting this to be lacking in comparison, but it is actually great. I love that the cord spins so it does not get all tangled. It heated up very quickly and I was able to test it. I tested it with straightening as well as adding curls and both worked perfectly. It has push buttons with lights to choose the heat setting and it also has a lock button to lock it in the closed position which is fantastic

Great product - helps keep frizz in check
I received this product for free to use and submit a review. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I like it better than my old flat iron. The conditioning ions are something new to me but it really does neutralize frizz and give my hair a smooth shiny finish. There are 5 heat setting and a guide so you know which setting will work best for your type of hair and what style you're trying to achieve. I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it for all hair types but especially those with a bit of frizz they want to control!

Smooth iron
Used my new flat iron, and I was very impressed with how smooth that iron slides across my hair. I can definitely tell that it helps the hair retain some Valium. I can't say I noticed a significant increase or change in the volume of my hair, but it did it, leave my hair feeling soft and silky. I love the lock unlock feature. I also felt like even on the highest settings my hair was not as damaged as when I used previous flat irons. Not very heavy and easy to use. Color is cute. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is using it to curl.

I am amazed
The conair infiniti pro is every 4c transitioning girls best friend I've been trying to transition back to my natural texture for some time now but have always found it difficult because sometimes I need to have a straightened look well this flat iron did not disappoint. I have have very thick hair and let me tell to this straightened my hair like a perm love the smoothness of the plates and the ability to adjust the heat accordingly. I did notice that my hair was frizz free and really smooth. My hair came out frizz free and straight.

Great performance and look!
Thanks, Conair, for the free product!! I was excited to try it and am so glad I did! I used this product as I've used my other flat irons in the past - to try and get as much volume and frizz out of my hair as possible. And it really does a good job and has a great look at the same time. I'm guessing the blue light on it is actively helping to diffuse the frizz, but it's also kinda fun aesthetically and makes for a great look overall. It's nice to have a temperature gauge as I've had on others, but at the very least this one has the 5 heat levels (and the highest one definitely gets it super hot!!). It's a little bigger, too, than the ones I've used before, and you definitely feel it, but overall it's really a great device that I would absolutely recommend!
